Labor and Human Resources Law


The Law Firm offers advisory services to its clients’ Human Resources Department, as well as counseling on all conflicts related to labor law that may arise, prior to going to court or including the participation of its members in court proceedings.

Some of the services offered include:

  • Permanent advice on the relationship with the companies’ staff (HR).
  • Advice and, if needed, aid in Human Resources management administration of the company.
  • Definition, together with the management, and drafting of the company’s different policies (Code of Conduct; pay policy, including the design of variable pay and/or bonus; cell phone policy or treatment and care of the company’s goods; NDA or Confidentiality; motor vehicle use; loans; holidays; etc.).
  • Categorization and framing of conventional or Non-Pay Scale Staff (FuCos).
  • Advice and administrative or legal representation in labor individual conflicts.
  • Negotiation and drafting of offers and subsequent contracts with our clients’ senior staff.
