TRADE UNION (COLLECTIVE) LAW
- Advice and representation in negotiations with Trade Unions and/or the company’s union delegates.
- Advice and representation in negotiations with Non-Pay Scale Staff (FuCos) in the event of claims.
- Advice and participation in the relationship with union delegates and/or workers’ representatives.
- Advice and administrative or legal representation in labor collective (trade union) conflicts.
- Participation, on behalf of the company, as a representative or peer before the Chamber or Federation that brings them together and represents them in the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements.
